Responsibilities


•The Senior (P3) Scrum Master is accountable for all aspects of a diverse, very complex information technology project or multiple large-scale IT projects


• Serves as a coach, mentor, and facilitator of Agile practices ensuring fast product development through transparency, inspection, and adaptation


•Provides project management coordination, support, and assistance in all aspects of IT product development

• Coach, mentor, and facilitate the team members adoption of an Agile mindset, including ownership, self-management and empowerment


• Manage and facilitate the scrum team’s daily work including execution of Sprint Ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review and Retrospective)


• Capturing and tracking sprint metrics (e.g., team velocity), and being accountable for the continuous improvement of the scrum team


• Create a collaborative environment which allows the team and stakeholders to interact


• Identifying and removing impediments to allow the team to focus on
• Help the team identify its strengths and

• Motivating and acting as the glue that holds the team together


•Act as a Coach/Mentor to other teams and more junior Scrum Masters in the same portfolio

• Apply working knowledge of waterfall/traditional project management practices to integrate waterfall teams and vendors into the Agile portfolio, and encourage their steady transition into adopting Agile practices
